Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it without any charge. If you wish to cancel your order after this period, please contact +44 20 7946 0958 as soon as possible. Although we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed for making.

Refund Eligibility

If you receive an order that is incorrect or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please call us at +44 20 7946 0958 within 2 hours of receiving your delivery. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Quality Issues

If your complaint is regarding the quality of the food, such as undercooked or overcooked pizzas, we may require photographic evidence to assess the claim. Once confirmed, we will either remake the item at no additional cost or offer a refund.

Delivery Issues

Should your order not arrive or is undeliverably late, we will do our best to find out why and ensure that it does not happen again. In such cases, we may offer a refund or a voucher for your next purchase.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. If the original method of payment is no longer available, we will issue a credit to be used at StreamLounge within 1 year from the date of the original purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for custom orders that have been confirmed by the customer or for perishable goods that have been discarded by the customer after delivery. Drinks such as juices or soft drinks are also non-refundable unless they have been incorrectly sent.
